1. These terms and Apple’s licence

You get Corino from the App Store. Your licence to use it is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA applies. Apple is not responsible for Corino or for supporting it; we are.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Corino handles information.

2. What Corino is, and what it is not

Corino helps you keep a record of the readings you take with your own blood pressure monitor: you type them in, fill them in from a photo of the monitor’s screen, or bring them in from Apple Health or a file. It shows your readings, averages and charts, and which range a reading or average falls in under the published clinical guideline you choose. It can make a report for your doctor.

3. Your data and your responsibilities

Your log is stored on your devices and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud. We have no copy and cannot restore it for you, so keep your device backed up. You are responsible for what you enter. Only keep a log for another person if they agree or you look after them.

4. Corino Pro

The free plan

Without Pro you can log as many readings as you like, see your last 14 days of history and charts, and keep one reminder. Older readings are kept, not deleted, and appear again with Pro. Importing readings is free.

Plans

There are no weekly plans. The price, in your currency and including any applicable taxes, is shown in Corino and by the App Store before you confirm.

Payment, renewal and cancelling

Refunds and your statutory rights

Apple handles payments and refunds under its own terms. You can ask Apple for a refund in Corino › Settings › Corino Pro › Request a Refund, or at reportaproblem.apple.com. Any statutory rights you have, such as the right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK, apply as described in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Family Sharing

If your family uses Apple Family Sharing, the annual plan can be shared with up to five other family members. The monthly plan and the lifetime purchase are not shared.

If Pro ends

You keep all your readings. Readings older than 14 days are hidden, not deleted. People you added stay and can still be changed, and App Lock keeps working if it is on. Adding new people, exporting and the other Pro features need Pro again.

What “lifetime” means

One purchase, with no renewals. It unlocks Corino Pro for as long as we offer Corino on the App Store, on the devices and iOS versions it supports. We work to keep Corino up to date, but we cannot promise that every future iPhone or iOS version will be supported.

5. Changes to Corino

We may add, change or remove features, for example to follow updated guidelines or new versions of iOS. If we stop offering Corino, your log stays on your devices and in your iCloud.

6. Fair use

Please use Corino only as allowed by law and the Standard EULA. Do not try to break its security or interfere with the App Store or iCloud services it relies on.

7. Our rights

Corino, its design and its text belong to us or our licensors. Guideline names belong to the organisations that publish them. Apple, Apple Health, iCloud, iPhone, Face ID, Siri and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

8. No guarantee

We build Corino with care, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work without errors or interruption, that a scan reads every number correctly, or that iCloud and Apple Health always sync. To the extent the law allows, Corino is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions about your health made using Corino, or for data you did not back up. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Corino Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you live in the EU or the UK, the liability rules of your country’s consumer law apply where they give you more protection.

10. Ending

You can stop using Corino at any time by deleting it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; cancel it as described in section 4.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye at the publisher’s place of residence have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts. This includes consumers in the EU and the UK. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved by email.

12. Changes to these terms

We will update this page and its effective date when these terms change, and describe important changes in the App Store release notes. Changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for unless you agree.
